We have recently completed installing tanks at Newport Public School. With our help the school now has over 40,000Lt of onsite storage. The tanks are connected to the two main student toilet blocks in the school for flushing toilets. We also incorporated the use of automated switchover pumps so that the school are able to revert back to mains water when tanks are empty.

(PHOTO1)"Some months ago my wife and I decided to make our contribution to saving water by installing a tank to catch the rain from the roof of our small home in Manly. An advertisement in the Manly Daily by Maintek attracted us- but, in keeping with a lifetime practice, we sought three quotes for the work which included the replacement of our decrepit guttering with the tank installation.
Right from the start Maintek showed the highest level of professionalism in handling our requests. We choose them primarily because:
1. They agreed, without hesitation, to do both jobs. Their competitors did not.
2. They arrived on time, submitted a detailed quotation in a timely fashion, and responded positively to our questions
The installation itself continued the high level of skill and attention to customer service. Renni and James worked at an impressive pace, with attention to detail. They took particular care to ensure that the tank fitted in an appropriate location that made it very effective in collection but did not impede movement in the relatively narrow side passage where it is installed. And they cleaned up thoroughly after completion! Timeliness, tidiness and professionalism - about all you could ask for!
We volunteered this recommendation as an appreciation for the work done and for the way in which it was done. Anyone who wants to know more is invited to contact us through Maintek. Michael and Narelle Gordon"
